Building Young Generation - Distribution of Bicycles at Jamshet

Friday, July 19, 2019

As you go interiors of Maharashtra, one realizes how much students have to walk to attend the school.  I do appreciate the dedication and spirit of these students that they want to learn and in spite of difficult situations they attend the school. In such situation what happens is the parents give more attention to sons than daughters and eventually girl students get dropped from the school. Since last year RCMM has been identifying girl students and providing bicycles for them to commute. Result of this act is very evident, the girl students not only  continuing the school but performing better.
On 19thJuly, RCMM distributed 10  bicycles to girl students of Jamshet– interior of Dahanu, who travel almost 8-10 kmsto attend school / college. The students are from 9th, 10thstandard and some are going to college.  Notebooks were also distributed in the school. PR Varsha, Rtns. Viduala, Usha, Nita, Suryakumar, Dhananjayand Sunitaattended the function
