RCMM has been supporting Dadar Vidya Mandir since last 2-3 years by providing books, educational material like maps etc., sometimes by providing the student’s bus passes so that they can attend the school regularly. But one thought came to mind we must teach them how to value the help, and how they can help themselves. One can study and also earn some money through their creativity.

Rtn. Mahendra came up with the idea of teaching them how to make Diwali Decorations. He shared the idea with students and in no time all of them were excited to learn the techniques. Rtn. Mahendra, business like unfolded the plan in front of them detailing what all material required, different activities need to carry out. Soon the assignment of work was done and he demonstrated how to make a Lantern. Nita on the other hand taught them how to make “Diya Decorations, Greeting Cards”.

Students are fully geared up to take up the task. RCMM will be providing material required and also helping them to find buyers.

Inspired by Rtns. Mahendra and Nita, Rita has agreed to help students to better their English. She is visiting school three times in a week and conducting English Reading, Grammar classes.
